Types of Commands:
It is important to remember that there are two commands: The preparatory command and the command of execution. The preparatory command will inform cadets of which command they will be executing, preparing them mentally for what comes next. Once they have the preparatory command, the command of execution is given, which is what it means: performing the command.
For example, if your unit (as this can vary) is falled in and the next command is Parade Rest, Parade will act as the preparatory command as it informs the cadets, while Rest will be the command of execution. After this, the command will have been executed. Preparatory commands and commands of executione can change as it depends on which command is given out, some having some exceptions. An of a preparatory command may be be Right Flank, making March the command of execution.

Fall In:
Once the command of Fall in has been given, cadets must call into a certain number of elements in front of the Flight Commander or Flight Sergeant. The first element should fall in and automatically execute an automatic dress right dress, the element leader looking forward while the other cadets in the element facing 45 degrees to the right. The following elements (as this may vary) will fall in behind the first element and align to them, also with the element leader looking forth and the others facing 45 degrees to the right. There should be no talking or moving at this point for cadets should be standing at attention.
Attention:
Heels must be evenly spaced and touching at a 45 degree angle. At attention, legs should be straight but not locked as it may cause the cadet to pass out. Arms and hand should be straight and align with the seams of the slacks ad cupped. Eyes should always be facing forward as well as looking forward. There should also be no talking or moving unless granted permission.
